Our 1st SOAR assembly. There was a falcon sighting!!!! Congratulations to Kimberly and Joseph, each student was selected for outstanding effort and self control.
We have been working on weather and climate in Science. Each group was given a region on the globe and had to do research on the type of weather in that region. Then present in front of the class. Great job guys!!!!!
This past Thursday was our first of six weeks hosting our Bridges volunteers. It was an amazing experience to see the inter-generational community come together. Can't wait until next week to hear our volunteers speak about their personal experiences while they were in elementary school.

Rocket day was a BLAST!!!!!!! Thank you to all the students, parents, volunteers, teachers, and of course the stars of the show, Ms. P and Mr. Musselman from the Science Center.
Magic Pen Ceremony- My ELA class taking an oath to use their newly annoited magic pens to the best of their abilities. Our motto, " We have a lot to say, but much more to write about"!!
